Job Title: Senior Brand Strategist

Role Overview:

As a Senior Brand Strategist, you will drive Zingbus' offline brand experience and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Standardization & Implementation:
  • Define and maintain brand consistency across buses, lounges, uniforms, and other offline assets.
  • Develop branding guidelines for offline touchpoints and ensure compliance.
  • Work with vendors to execute bus branding, uniforms, and physical branding assets.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to enforce branding across buses.
  • Implement visibility mechanisms to track branding effectiveness.
  • Vendor & Operations Coordination:
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for printing, uniform manufacturing, and branding execution.
  • Work with the Operations team to ensure timely implementation of branding across locations.
  • Audit and assess branding quality and maintenance in buses and physical locations.
  • Offline Marketing & Activations:
  • Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives including hoardings, transit branding, bus stop branding, and agent activations.
  • Identify and execute on-ground branding opportunities to enhance Zingbus' presence across cities.
  • Track marketing effectiveness of offline campaigns and optimize for better engagement and ROI.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in brand activation, offline marketing, vendor management, or retail branding.
  • Strong understanding of offline branding execution, vendor coordination, and operations alignment.
  • Experience in on-ground activations, branding audits, and visibility tracking mechanisms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills for vendor coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for brand consistency and execution excellence.
