Cloud Network Infrastructure Lead

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking individual to lead our cloud network infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, deploying, maintaining, and managing cloud network infrastructure, encompassing both physical and software-defined networks.
  • Ensuring exceptional availability, adaptability, and performance of the network while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for the infrastructure.
  • Collaborating with clients and team members on day-to-day changes, incidents, and requests.
  • Overseeing a team of Network Engineers, providing technical guidance and expertise as needed.
  • Monitoring key performance metrics and capacity trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Developing, reviewing, and delivering compelling solutions and technical proposals related to cloud network infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of experience with DataCenter networks, L2/L3 technologies, Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, and wireless systems.
  • Fundamental understanding of WAN & Routing technologies, Security technologies, and Switching technologies.
  • Knowledge of QoS, network monitoring protocols and tools, and SDN technologies.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly resolve complex network issues.
  • A highly motivated individual who is a self-starter, capable of demonstrating effective project management and completion of complex network tasks with minimal supervision.
  • A motivated learner with the ability to rapidly learn new technologies and stay current with emerging networking trends.
  • Experience leading a team of at least four individuals in a similar capacity.
