Business Growth Executive Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Business Development professional to drive business growth and revenue increase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the non-IT staffing industry.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance business performance and achieve sales targets.
- Lead Generation: Create and execute plans to generate high-quality leads and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the non-IT staffing industry.
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel.
We offer a competitive salary package, including PF, ESIC, good incentive structure, hybrid model, allowances, and flexible working hours (every other Saturday off and Sunday off).
