The role of Assistant Manager - Customer Success is to lead the customer success team in driving business growth through effective management and strategic planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer retention
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting expectations
- 4+ years of experience in customer care/support roles in fleet industry (preferably 4 wheeler)
- Experience in the transportation industry is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites (Excel)
- Ability to manage people and possess an eye for details
Metric for Success: Driver retention rates and churn percentages should be aligned with company goals, and Ticket resolutions for driver partners should exceed 90%.
