Customer Success Team Lead

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success professional to lead our team of customer success managers. This individual will be responsible for driving customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering results-driven solutions.

About the Role:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer businesses and tailor our solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Lead a team of 2-3 CSMs, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of customer success initiatives.
  • Foster a network of champions within each customer organization to drive adoption and loyalty.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
