About the Commi Chef Role:

As a key member of our culinary team, you will work under the supervision of senior chefs to assist in meal preparation and service. This role is ideal for those starting their culinary careers and eager to learn kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior chefs in preparing ingredients by washing, chopping, and seasoning them.
  • Support meal preparation and service by expediting dishes as instructed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Receive and organize deliveries efficiently.
  • Rotate stock and discard expired items promptly.
  • Plate and present dishes according to presentation guidelines.
  • Foster a culture of food safety and sanitation.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of culinary arts and knife skills.
  • Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Show excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills.
