Business Development Executive Opportunity



We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, lead generation, business development or sales, preferably within an RPO or staffing environment.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries for RPO services.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, CRM systems, and email marketing, to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.

  • Screening and interviewing candidates using various techniques.
  • Managing the candidate pipeline ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, lead generation, business development or sales, preferably within an RPO or staffing environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, LinkedIn, and other tools.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
