Key Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely delivery of new Fulfillment Center launches, meeting business requirements from a process and configuration perspective.
  • Work with global stakeholders to ensure FC launches are on time, key deliverables and timelines are met for each sub activity in launches.
  • Lead the scoping, assist with design, and lead the implementation of technology projects in pilot FCs.
  • Support team on new initiatives and global parity by working on multiple platforms like FaaST/AFT/AFTx.

Degree Qualifications:

  • Science or Logistics based discipline degree qualified.
  • Direct MBA graduate.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Team leadership experience in a large scale, rapid, and process driven environment.
  • Technical roles in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Transportation, General Management, or Engineering function.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams to deliver a network-wide change agenda across multiple countries.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate complex processes and financial scenarios.
  • Measuring key operational metrics (e.g. FC throughputs, order cycle time, ship estimate accuracy, click to deliver times, inventory record defect rates etc.).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Fluent in English.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and the MS Office package.
  • Functional Knowledge of FC Tools.
  • Oracle SQL, MYSQL or related query tools experience.
  • Working with Software Development Engineers to develop technical solutions to operational problems.
  • Project Management certification.
