Launch Management Executive

\

This role is responsible for overseeing the global launch management of biologics programs. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of launch plans, resulting in successful product introductions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, with experience in launch management, project management, and team leadership. A proven track record of driving projects forward, navigating complex stakeholder relationships, and adapting to changing priorities will be highly valued.

\

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Lead global launch management activities, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement launch strategies, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
  • Collaborate with development teams, regulatory, and program managers to keep track of post-approval variations and life cycle management impacts
  • Provide regular updates and communications to key stakeholders and management on progress and deliverables
  • Identify risk, mitigation paths, and escalate events impacting product launch timelines
  • Strive continuously to bring in efficiency and improvement in launch management practices

Requirements:\

  • 7+ years of total experience in bio-pharmaceutical/pharmaceutical supply chain & pharmaceutical launch management (small molecules or biologics)
  • Bio-pharmaceutical/pharmaceutical project management experience (at least 3+ years)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project management tools (at least 3 years)
  • PMP certified desired but not necessary
  • Basic knowledge in SAP
