Job Description:- Manage end-to-end program operations from launch site to site centre.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely execution and delivery of launch operations.
- Interface effectively with franchise partners to ensure timely payment and launch readiness.
- Owning and managing capital expenditures for projects, equipment and other line items.
- Improving overall launch process and partner satisfaction.
- Identifying and solving potential risks to launch centres on time while maintaining excellent member experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in startups.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (engineering, law, commerce or management).
- Previous experience in franchise-based business preferred.
- Background in real estate, construction or retail expansion a plus.
Ambitious Program Management Expert - building and executing SOPs, influencing stakeholders and driving results.
Skilled Problem Solver - taking decisive actions and thinking critically in new situations.
Effective Communicator - process-oriented with exceptional written and verbal skills.
