Global Program Management Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead launch management activities for developed and emerging markets.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including SCM, Commercial, Business Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and others.
  • Ensure artwork development, procurement, and readiness of commercial business management reports (BMRs) to support drug substance, drug product manufacturing, business process readiness (BPR), and dispatch of finished products across manufacturing sites.
  • Liaise with development teams, regulatory managers, and program managers to track post-approval variations, such as process modifications, reagent changes, site changes, and scale changes, impacting commercial launches and re-supplies.
  • Provide regular updates and communications to key stakeholders and management on progress and deliverables.
  • Draft, publish, and track integrated project plans in Microsoft Project and similar tools.
  • Identify risks, mitigation paths, and ensure timely escalations of events impacting product launch timelines.
  • Strive continuously to improve launch management practices and remove bottlenecks and redundancies.
  • Set up weekly reviews with internal and external stakeholders to track, monitor, and report launch status across projects.
  • Participate in joint governance forums to discuss and escalate issues impacting commercial launches.
Requirements:
  • Total experience: 7+ years
  • Bio-pharmaceutical/Pharmaceutical Supply Chain & Pharmaceutical Launch Management (Small molecules or Biologics)
  • Bio-pharmaceutical/Pharmaceutical Project Management Experience (at least 3+ years)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Project Management Tools (at least 3 years)
  • PMP certified desired but not necessary
  • Basic knowledge in SAP
  • Prior experience in R&D, Reg Affairs, Mfg, QA (optional)
