Role Overview:

You will contact warm leads via phone and email to advise potential students on how our programs can help them achieve their career goals.

As a Program Advisor, you will provide personalized service, helping learners make informed decisions and advising them as if they were your family and friends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise career changers on how our world-class education from top-tier universities can launch them into high-growth careers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of interested leads.
  • Provide customized information to learners via phone and email.
  • Guide learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.
  • Adhere to sales best practices, tools, and data management processes.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on call quality, observed trends, and insights from learner conversations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of inside sales or consultative selling experience in international edtech markets with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Ability to make 120+ dials and/or emails per day to connect with warm leads.
  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Growth mindset and ability to implement feedback.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrollment process.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
