Lead Cross-Functional Teams to Deliver Innovative Products

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to spearhead our new Research & Development unit. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking professional with a strong understanding of technology and proven leadership skills, who can inspire and guide software developers to deliver cutting-edge products.

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with HQ guidelines, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage and mentor a team of software developers, fostering collaboration, productivity, and accountability through regular feedback and coaching sessions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and continuously iterate based on market feedback and customer needs.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, and have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Manager in software, digital products, or SaaS environments.
