Job Description:

As a highly skilled software engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and building scalable applications that meet the demands of our enterprise healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Laravel and the TALL stack, with a strong understanding of modern PHP, Laravel architecture, Eloquent ORM, queues, jobs, and service providers.

They will also possess experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL, as well as a solid understanding of database design (PostgreSQL experience preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust, maintainable codebases for our enterprise applications.
  • Lead the implementation of custom components and interactive dashboards to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate on frontend development using Alpine.js and Tailwind CSS to ensure responsive and accessible UIs.
  • Write efficient, testable, and reusable code following modern best practices and coding standards.
  • Integrate APIs and manage data flows across internal and external systems to ensure seamless integration.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to meet business requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and knowledge-sharing sessions to drive innovation and growth.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers to foster professional growth.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience building applications with Laravel.
  • Proven expertise in the TALL stack and modern PHP frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of database design principles and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
