Senior UCCE Support Engineer Role

The ideal candidate will have advanced level technical support and maintenance experience of Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support experience on Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions & 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.
  • Create MACD in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  • Understand VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL process.
  • Understand Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices functionality.
  • Use VOIP and Performance Management Tools, with integration experience with other tools.
  • Understand Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling.
  • Work in 24/7 business support environment.
  • Experience on Cisco Voice platform.
  • Experience on CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Work & coordinate with third-party providers to assist in problem resolution of telecommunication problems & OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Perform advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities, including system design issues, upgrade plans, creation of technical product documentation, upgrades & site coordination.
  • Act as a point of contact for all service delivery issues/pending work/escalations.
  • Provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
  • Maintain & update knowledge base and documentation & initiate and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (verbal and written), strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • UCCE or PCCE email & voice communication skills & teamwork. Power point presentation/preparation and good excel related analytics skills.
