Job Title: Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and possess good typing speed preferably 30 to 50 WPM.

Responsibilities include technical trouble shooting for Google Workspace (GWS) with 2-8 years of experience in TAC support. The successful candidate will also have knowledge on industry standard ticketing tools and ITIL framework.

Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred but not mandatory.

The specialist will work closely with the team to provide exceptional service and support to clients.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
  • Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
  • Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar/PAN
  • Candidates to have registered EPs
  • It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
  • End to End Knowledge in Record to Report Process
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
