Seeking a highly skilled Senior Level Support Specialist to join our team.

  • Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions
  • 3rd party Call recording platforms and Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC troubleshooting
  • MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms, VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, and ITIL process awareness
  • Cisco Voice network deployment models, voice network devices, and Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling
  • VOIP and Performance Management Tools, integration experience with other Tools, strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Collaborate with Third Party Providers to resolve telecommunication issues and OEMs for incident resolution
  • Advanced remote/on site troubleshooting activities, system design issues, upgrade plans, technical documentation, upgradation, and site coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all service delivery issues, pending work, and escalations
  • Provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions, maintaining and updating Knowledge Base and documentation, and initiating process improvements
  • Excellent communication, conversation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, expertise in UCCE or PCCE Email & Voice communication, teamwork, PowerPoint presentation preparation, and Excel-related Analytics

Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Cisco UC, UCCE, Voice gateway, call management, Webex, CVP, VMware, patch management, and release management required.
