Job Title: Marketing Manager

This is a key role that involves content creation, digital platform management, marketing material finalization, vendor coordination, event management, and print media coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content from raw data collected by field team members ensuring alignment with the company's marketing strategy objectives.
  • Manage and upload content on various social media and digital platforms monitoring analysing performance adjusting strategies to maximize engagement reach.
  • Collaborate with agronomists to finalize marketing material content ensuring accuracy relevance.
  • Identify establish relationships with vendors for marketing material design production.
  • Plan execute events within the state promoting the company's products services.
  • Work with local publications to secure coverage advertisements in print media.

Requirements:

Education Experience:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of proven relevant experience is required.
  • Experience in the Agri Industry is highly valued.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent communication skills in English are essential for professional execution of the job in a global organization.

Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word MS Excel MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook is necessary.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication interpersonal skills are crucial for this role.
  • Ability to organize and manage events effectively is vital.
