Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Growth Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced digital marketing expert who wants to join our dynamic team and contribute their skills in growth marketing, performance marketing, paid media campaigns, and SEO.

This role demands a strategic thinker who can bridge client business goals with innovative digital solutions while ensuring seamless communication between cross-functional teams.

As a Lead, you will manage multiple brand accounts, foster strong client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to plan and execute impactful campaigns that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the strategic lead for key client accounts, owning end-to-end client communication and business growth.
  • Understand client objectives and develop full-funnel performance-focused digital strategies encompassing paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, nurturing, and content marketing.
  • Drive planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative, media buying, SEO, and analytics teams to ensure aligned, results-driven execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare actionable insights, and lead client presentations with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and digital innovations to bring fresh thinking and strategic input to all initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior account managers to build a high-performing client servicing team.
