Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across platforms and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker who can develop and execute a compelling content strategy that aligns with our brand vision and goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement, awareness, and sales.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality visual and written content tailored for each platform.
  • Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ideate and execute high-impact digital campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Foster a strong online community by responding to comments and DMs, and collaborating with influencers.
  • Create compelling copywriting for social media and other channels.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics, optimise content, and implement insights for better results.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty).
  • Excellent understanding of social media, audience community, trends, etc.
  • Ability to ideate and execute creative, trend-driven content.
  • Experience in running and managing digital campaigns (organic & paid).
  • Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fashion branding.
  • Experience working with photographers, designers, and content creators is a plus.
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
