Senior Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to drive financial performance and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough financial analysis, providing forward-looking management information to enhance operational and financial effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Site Controller on month-end closing, reporting, and key activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Work closely with functional teams to address day-to-day finance queries and provide expert support.
- Leverage expertise to transition finance and plant controlling activities across sub-processes, navigating complex business environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Cost & Management Accountant/MBA (Finance) from a reputable B-School with relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in controlling and accounting processes, with strong proficiency in SAP, SAP BW, and networking platforms.
- Expert problem-solving skills, strong quantitative abilities, and proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Results-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and international mindset.
