Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant - Oracle HCM Cloud

">Your responsibilities will include working with clients to gather detailed technical requirements and documenting these in technical specifications. You will also be responsible for uniting and regression testing of RICE components, as well as troubleshooting issues and providing technical support.
">A successful candidate should have experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including experience in US and Canada Payroll. They should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
">Besides having strong technical knowledge, you will be required to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders effectively and provide high-quality documentation and presentations to customers.
">Additionally, you will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Presales, Consulting and Delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and growth of business.
">In terms of education, a Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. However, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
">You will be expected to work on a variety of projects simultaneously and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Time management and organizational skills are essential for this role.
">Furthermore, the ideal candidate should be proficient in using various software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
