Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant

Job Description:

  • Expert in Oracle HCM Cloud with a minimum of 8 years of technical development experience.
  • Proficient in US and Canada Payroll, including Fast Formula development and support.
  • Strong SQL/PL SQL skills for tuning and programming.
  • Experience in payroll data extracts, BIP and OTBI development and support.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and JIRA.
  • Expertise in Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.
  • Skilled in preparing technical documents and uniting/regression testing of RICE components.
  • Responsible for gathering detailed technical requirements from the business and documenting these in technical specifications.
  • Consults on requested technical changes and partners with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts.
  • Ensures data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries.
  • Supports the development and maintenance of integrations/file transfers.
  • Provides analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.
  • Plans for and supports migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches - mitigating risk/downstream impacts.
  • Developing knowledge and expertise in extensions and Fast Formulas.
