Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Legal Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all administrative matters of client companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Corporate Document Preparation: Prepare corporate documents such as directors' resolutions, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
  • Company Incorporation and Termination: Participate in the incorporation and termination processes of companies.
  • Fee Quotations and Charging: Provide fee quotations for services to clients and charge fees accordingly.
  • Productivity Monitoring: Monitor productivity and chargeability on a weekly basis and review performance against targets.
  • Client File Management: Ensure that all information in client files is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Company Management: Manage companies and ensure that management agreements are available in client files.
  • Client Database Maintenance: Work closely with managers to maintain an updated and accurate client database.
  • Legal Manual Development: Develop and update legal manuals and procedures.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for the Management Team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or Economics / Qualified Company Secretary.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in legal and corporate/company management services.
  • Strong commercial mindset, takes initiative, positive, proactive, dedicated, focused, and revenue-driven.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with well-developed spoken and written communication skills.
  • Excellent English language fluency, additional languages preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solution-driven approach.
  • Independent, hands-on, and accountable for delivering solutions and results.
