Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government organisations, project management consultants, and design architects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Empanelment and specification inclusion of products in government organisations, project management consultancy firms, and design architect offices.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with government organisations, project management consultancy firms, and design architect offices to identify business opportunities and promote product adoption.
  • Creating project prospect bandwidth/pipeline for various infrastructure and building projects to drive specification empanelment of products.
  • Identifying prospective clients, mapping their requirements, and conducting technical presentations to acquire new customers.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.
  • Promoting blended cement products in key projects and creating opportunities for high-contribution products.
  • Providing solutions to customers by optimising mix designs and conducting mix-design trials for product approval across prospective customers and projects.
  • Resolving quality complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, particularly blended cements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
