  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Windows endpoint management capabilities
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment
  • Serve as escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement)
  • Manage policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security, and automate and document operational procedures and processes
  • Research and recommend solutions to improve and streamline end-user and business experience
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
  • Participate in projects and provide updates on scope, requirements, timelines, and priorities
  • Communicate and document technical information clearly and effectively
  • Contribute to Community of Practice and project-based meetings
