Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with clients across various industries.

Your primary objective will be to maintain and enhance existing revenue streams while identifying new opportunities for growth. You will work closely with our product teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining close liaison with key stakeholders to provide input into the strategic direction of the business.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to identify and sell innovative cash management solutions.
  • Managing client portfolios to ensure maximum commercial profitability and penetration of relationship.

You will be expected to remain up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends through regular training and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of a degree or higher qualification.
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably within the banking and finance sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Additional requirements include the ability to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment.
