Director of Sales Optimization
Cadbury India Foods Private Limited is seeking an experienced Director of Sales Optimization to lead sales transformation initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment, managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders, knowledge of best practices in change management, and training/instructional design experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of new sales processes, methodologies, and tools to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive the adoption of digital technologies and data analytics to enhance sales performance and decision-making.
- Develop and equip the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the transformed environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales transformation initiatives and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, RTM & CPA, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in leading and transforming sales organizations.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry in India.
- Experience in managing large projects and managing Data Quality and Data Governance.
- Experience of building products for data analytics and orchestration.
- Experience in DevOps methodology and User experience design.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for driving change and achieving results.
