Sales Director

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Director to join our team at WebEngage. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, managing our sales pipeline, and leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results.
About the RoleIn this critical position, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with our sales team, product support, and sales engineering to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on high-potential deals and identifying new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve exceptional results, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure their success.
- Manage and track customer and transactional information in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to drive alignment and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through our CRM system, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Promote effective communication with management, customers, and support staff, ensuring clear expectations and aligned goals.
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise SAAS/selling Software Solutions in India markets, with a proven track record of achieving exceptional sales results.
- A strong sales leadership background, with experience in managing high-performing sales teams and developing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Able to analyze complex sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
