Mobile Application Development Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Application Development Leader to drive the development of high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. You will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of our mobile apps, working closely with product, design, and backend teams while also mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of Flutter-based mobile apps for Android and iOS, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, integrating APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.

  • Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers to ensure the highest standards of quality and maintainability.

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes, troubleshooting, debugging, and improving app stability.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and frameworks, applying knowledge to improve existing processes and infrastructure.

Requirements:

  1. Strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart (2-3+ years) and a solid understanding of software engineering principles.

  2. 4-7 years overall in mobile app development, with a focus on leadership and team management.

  3. Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.) and Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics).

  4. Familiarity with REST API integration, JSON handling, and CI/CD pipelines, as well as published apps on Google Play Store / Apple App Store.

  5. Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) experience is a plus, along with knowledge of GraphQL / WebSockets and exposure to cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
