Job Opportunity: Mobile and Web App Developer

We are seeking an exceptional mobile and web app developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and building innovative student-focused applications that enhance the learning experience.

  • The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile app development (iOS/Android) and/or web application frameworks, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is also highly desirable.

As a skilled problem-solver and analytical thinker, you will be able to translate learning needs into technical solutions and collaborate effectively with educators and designers to understand student requirements.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and teamwork skills to work closely with educators and content creators.

Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, gamification, edtech tools, and e-learning platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy mobile (iOS/Android) and/or web applications for student learning.
  • Collaborate with educators and designers to understand student needs and translate them into app features.
  • Integrate databases, APIs, and third-party services for seamless functionality.
  • Ensure apps are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Build engaging, student-friendly interfaces with modern UI/UX principles.
  • Test, debug, and maintain applications with continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android) and/or web application frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles to design intuitive apps.
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).

Additional Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to translate learning needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with gamification, edtech tools, or e-learning platforms is a plus.
