Oracle VBCS Consultant Role

This is a highly skilled position that involves designing and developing modern web and mobile applications using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) with integrations to Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop modern web and mobile apps using VBCS with integrations to Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Develop dynamic UIs for Oracle HCM Redwood pages using reusable components, REST integrations, and responsive layouts.
  • Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication.
  • Deploy and manage VBCS applications using CI/CD tools and Git repositories.
HCM Expertise
  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas.
  • Build and integrate HCM REST and SOAP web services for third-party systems.
  • Manage security profiles, roles, data access and workflow approvals in HCM.
  • Perform data loading and mass updates using HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable configurations and extensions.
