Job Title: Senior Flutter Mobile App Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flutter Mobile App Developer to join our innovative mobile development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver cutting-edge products that meet the highest standards.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development, leveraging expertise to drive innovation and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, or MobX.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.), with expertise in native Android/iOS development (Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git), ensuring smooth deployment and collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, adapting to changing requirements and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in publishing and maintaining large-scale apps to the App Store and Google Play.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Exposure to modular architecture and clean code principles (SOLID, MVVM, Clean Architecture), with a passion for writing maintainable and scalable code.
  • Good understanding of UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards, ensuring user-centric and inclusive experiences.
