We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to develop and deliver geospatial data science solutions. This role involves working with ESRI products, such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in practical machine learning, data science, and AI using Python, PyTorch, and Jupyter Notebooks. They will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing solutions using ESRI products.

The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in RS, GIS, Geoinformatics, or a related field with knowledge of RS & GIS. They should also have expertise in traditional and deep learning-based computer vision techniques, including convolutional neural networks, transformers, and 3D deep learning.

This role will involve frequent travel to customer sites within India. The successful candidate will be required to work independently, exhibit strong problem-solving skills, and effectively communicate complex geospatial concepts to diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consulting closely with customers to understand their needs
  • Developing and pitching data science solutions by mapping business problems to machine learning or advanced analytics approaches
  • Building high-quality analytics systems that solve our customers' business problems using techniques from data mining, statistics, and machine learning

Desired skillset includes:

  • 5+ years of practical machine learning experience or applicable academic/lab work
  • Proven data science and AI skills with Python, PyTorch, and Jupyter Notebooks
  • Experience in building and optimizing supervised and unsupervised machine learning models, including deep learning and various other modern data science techniques
