Key Responsibilities
  • Digitize and geocode data to create accurate GIS maps.
  • Collect and process spatial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across projects.
  • Integrate GIS solutions with existing systems, customizing applications to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive GIS solutions.
  • Meet project timelines by producing quality work within specified deadlines.
  • Conduct field surveys to collect accurate geospatial information.
Required Skills and Tools
  • Strong understanding of GIS concepts and software tools.
  • Expertise in GIS tools such as ArcGIS / QGIS / MapInfo / GeoServer / AutoCAD.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse project requirements and participate in fieldwork.
  • Data entry tasks & data mining related work.
  • Data capturing using satellite imagery in ARCGIS / AutoCAD / QGIS.
  • Familiarity with online software like Google drive & Google sheets etc.
  • Experience in using CAD tools.
  • Flexibility to travel to other cities according to project needs.
Experience
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in GIS application development and implementation.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or Diploma in Geography, Geoinformatics, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
  • Certifications in GIS technologies or related areas are advantageous.
