Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled geospatial data specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting geospatial data to support informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have experience with image analysis and a strong understanding of ESRI products, including ArcGIS Enterprise, Image Analyst Extension, and Data Reviewer Extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Management:
    • Search, collect, process, and manage large datasets, including GIS data, satellite imagery, and other spatial data sources.
    • Validate and ensure the accuracy, quality, and completeness of spatial data.
    • ETL operations between GIS applications/database using Esri Desktop or Server.
  • GIS Analysis and Mapping:
    • Conduct spatial analysis, map creation, and geospatial model development to aid various projects and initiatives.
    • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through quality checks and resolution of data discrepancies using ArcGIS Data Reviewer.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Closely collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, analysts, and external partners, to comprehend data requirements.
    • Create training materials and conduct trainings to customers as required.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in RS, GIS, Geoinformatics, or related field.
  • Familiarity with image processing techniques.
  • Preferred knowledge of ESRI products - ArcGIS Enterprise, Image Analyst Extension, Data Reviewer Extension.
  • Ability to identify, research, and resolve issues proactively.
