Manufacturing Management RoleAbout the Position

This senior-level role entails overseeing the production of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built hybrid integrated circuits for space and defense customers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all export sales directly with key clients
  • Achieve sales plan targets aligned with company objectives
  • Engage in short-term and medium-term planning, budgeting, and capacity utilization strategies

To succeed in this position, applicants must possess a minimum of 15+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors. Strong leadership, people management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and effective presentation and negotiation abilities are essential.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production processes, be competent in managing a large team consisting of senior engineers, technicians, and utility personnel, and demonstrate considerable previous managerial experience in production/manufacturing, product development, and quality departments.
