Job Description

This is a senior leadership role within our organization, responsible for driving strategic product management and overseeing a team of product managers. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of customer experience platforms and be able to develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.

  1. Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives, leveraging in-depth knowledge of similar customer experience platforms such as Pega, Adobe Marketing, Salesforce Marketing, and Hubspot.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and marketing, to ensure timely launch readiness and seamless product fulfillment.
  3. Establish thought leadership through industry analyst reports and vendor rankings, engaging with tier 1 vendors to support go-to-market efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in product management, with in-depth knowledge of customer experience platforms.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams with thoughtful insight and without formal authority.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on technical skills such as AI/ML integration.
