Job Title: Client Servicing Professional

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to interact with clients regularly through various communication channels. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients through phone, email, or meetings to understand their requirements.
  • Respond promptly to client needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct ideation sessions with internal teams and clients to provide optimal solutions.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for ongoing projects, proofread, and cross-check assignments before delivering them to clients.
  • Develop innovative strategies to engage clients and provide value-added experiences.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional communication and prompt service.
  • Identify new business opportunities through client referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of existing and potential clients and their contracts with the organization.
  • Keep senior management updated and present findings when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from any field.
  • Possession of specific degrees such as MBA in Marketing or Advertising and Communications may be advantageous.
  • 2-4 years of experience in client servicing within an advertising agency. This role requires working in an office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets is vital.
  • A willingness to think creatively and learn new things is necessary.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness are required.
  • Strong analytical skills and up-to-date knowledge of the industry are desirable.
