Key Responsibilities
- Main Point of Contact
- Act as the primary point of contact for client requirements and queries, ensuring smooth communication and clarity.
- Understand client objectives and facilitate seamless collaboration with the team.
- Support the team in fostering positive client relationships and driving business growth.
- Assist in crafting high-quality communication materials, such as briefing notes, presentations, and one-pagers.
- Gather insights, case studies, and industry news to support client deliverables and drive strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to thought-leadership and reputation management initiatives under guidance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, strategy, execution) to deliver quality outputs on time and exceed client expectations.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure processes run smoothly, providing operational support to the Unit Lead/Manager for client projects.
- Conduct basic research, competitor benchmarking, and trend tracking to stay ahead of the competition.
- Monitor industry and digital trends to identify potential communication opportunities and spot small wins within existing accounts.
- Support the team in preparing pitches and proposals, leveraging expertise and knowledge to drive business development.
- Assist in preparing performance reports with clear insights and learnings, ensuring accuracy, structure, and alignment with client expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, communications, PR, or related fields.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with excellent writing and presentation abilities.
- Awareness of digital media, influencers, and media landscapes, with proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
