Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an ESG Sustainability Professional. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled individual to make a meaningful impact on our organization's sustainability initiatives.

The ESG Sustainability Professional will play a critical role in developing and implementing our ESG strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable business practices and minimize environmental impacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct materiality analysis and identify key sustainability topics for reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain a robust ESG management system.
  • Provide expert guidance on climate-related risks and opportunities, leveraging TCFD recommendations.
  • Monitor and review supplier ESG performance, ensuring alignment with company standards.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in ESG or sustainability domain, with expertise in GRI Standards, DJSI, MSCI, TCFD, SASB, and CDP.
  • Proven track record of GHG emission accounting and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and geographic locations.
  • Strong desire to learn new skills and stay up-to-date with evolving sustainability regulations worldwide.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

Post-graduate degree in Environment Science, Environment Management, or Sustainability related field.
