Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Power BI Dashboards: Create visually appealing and informative Power BI dashboards using advanced visualization techniques. Ensure seamless integration with various data sources and optimize data accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Connect to Multiple Data Sources: Establish connections to SQL, Excel, APIs, cloud data warehouses, and other relevant data sources. Guarantee data integrity, consistency, and scalability.
  • Develop Data Models and DAX Measures: Design and implement data models, DAX measures, and calculated columns to support analytical needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Implement Best Practices in Data Visualization, Governance, and Security: Enforce industry-standard best practices in data visualization, governance, and security. Perform data analysis, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Power BI solutions for speed and scalability.
  • Support Ad-hoc Reporting and Self-service Analytics: Provide timely assistance with ad-hoc reporting and self-service analytics needs of business users. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and Microsoft BI ecosystem enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (2–5 years) in Power BI development and data visualization.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling. Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
