We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer and Business Intelligence Specialist to support enterprise data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, publish, and manage Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and self-service datasets.
  • Design and implement data models tailored for reporting.
  • Develop reusable DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and semantic layers.
  • Evaluate reports and dashboards against governance, security, and performance best practices.
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to load and transform data into data warehouses and marts.
  • Collaborate with onsite data architects and engineers to ensure data quality, consistency, and performance.
  • Build optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Support integration of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data into reporting environments.
  • Collaborate with onsite leads, data architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide status updates, documentation, and knowledge transfer to align with enterprise BI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global team members to maintain consistent coding standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of reporting workflows.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 6–9 years of experience in Data Engineering & Business Intelligence.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Power BI Service).
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, SSRS, and SSIS (ETL development).
  • Knowledge of data modeling principles.
  • Experience working in an offshore delivery model with global teams.
  • Experience with Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for BI deployments.
  • Knowledge of data governance and security models.
