Key Data Insights Professional

We are seeking a highly analytical data professional to support business decision-making by transforming raw data into meaningful insights.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean and organize structured and unstructured datasets for analysis.
  • Perform exploratory and advanced data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights.
  • Develop maintain dashboards reports and visualizations for management operational teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps recommending enhancements.
  • Automate recurring reporting and analytical tasks using AI/ML-based tools scripting.
  • Manage optimize databases ensuring accuracy consistency and data integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools languages (Python SQL Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Must have experience with visualization platforms (Power BI Tableau or similar).
  • Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL PostgreSQL or similar).
  • Hands-on experience in automation workflows (Python scripts AI/ML models preferred).
  • Ability to work with large complex datasets build analytical models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical structured mindset.
  • Strong verbal written communication skills to explain insights clearly.
  • Quick learner ability to grasp domain knowledge industry context.
  • Ability to work independently part of team sense of ownership responsibility.
Preferred Attributes
  • Prior experience in MIS dashboards business intelligence reporting.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics automation platforms.
  • High attention to detail commitment to delivering quality results.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Master's degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Engineering or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business intelligence database management.
