About This Role

As a Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business strategy and operational efficiency. You will work closely with various stakeholders to provide accurate and timely reporting, analysis, and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement by analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to visualize data insights.
  • Present complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple systems.
  • Collaborate with the workforce management team to develop forecasting and trend analysis models.
  • Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights and ensure compliance with data security, governance, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a contact center or similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros) and SQL querying databases.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
