The ideal candidate for this role will be a skilled sales professional with experience in the fragrance industry.
As a key account manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with local customers and distributors. You will work closely with existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and exploring ways to improve our services and products. This may involve conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, and implementing innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. You should also be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a keen eye for detail.
Experience working in the fragrance industry is essential, as well as a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field such as business, marketing, or sales. Ideally, you will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, although this may be negotiable depending on your background and skills.
