Job Role: Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven marketing professional with proven experience in scaling Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands.

The ideal candidate will be adept at managing paid media campaigns across platforms, optimizing ad spends for maximum return on investment, and driving measurable revenue growth.

  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement high-performing performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
    • Create full-funnel strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) tailored for D2C brands.
    • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize ROI.
  • Conversion & Growth Optimization:
    • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
    • Optimize ad funnels (from click to purchase) to reduce customer acquisition cost and improve return on ad spend.
    • Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to optimize website conversion rate optimization.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and attribution platforms.
    • Provide weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.
    • Forecast spends, customer acquisition cost, and ROI based on past data and industry benchmarks.
  • Audience & Market Research:
    • Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
    • Build and scale lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences.
    • Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase lifetime value.
  • Collaboration & Creative Direction:
    • Work with creative teams to guide ad content (videos, static ads, user-generated content, influencer collaborations).
    • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with launches, discounts, and seasonal promotions.
    • Drive innovation by testing new ad formats, platforms, and growth hacks.
