We're looking for a skilled Marketing Strategy Leader to transform our paid media investments into sustainable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across all digital channels, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic.
  • Drive budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting at leadership level, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Build frameworks for continuous testing and optimization, from ad creatives to conversion funnels, to maximize ROI and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Sales teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals, ensuring seamless integration and effective execution.
  • Introduce data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization, empowering informed decision-making.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of performance marketers, fostering innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of scaling successful campaigns.
  • In-depth expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools, such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation, with a strong understanding of how to apply these concepts to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience managing budgets at scale and presenting complex insights to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and impact.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results-oriented initiatives.
  • A growth mindset, combining strategic vision with hands-on problem-solving and a willingness to adapt to changing market conditions.
