
Digital Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our lead acquisition efforts through paid digital distribution.
This role focuses on managing and expanding digital channels while reducing reliance on third parties.
Responsibilities- Paid Digital Distribution: Manage all paid digital distribution channels, including Meta Ads and Google Ads, to generate high-quality leads.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust lead acquisition strategy. This includes idea creation, execution, review, and iteration to optimize performance and scale acquisition efforts.
- Channel Management: Take ownership of key distribution channels and bring channel management in-house for direct control and maximum efficiency.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance. Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and iterate rapidly on successful strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics to provide insights into campaign performance, optimizing budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation goals.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, with a strong focus on lead acquisition and paid media.
- A deep understanding of paid digital distribution channels and a track record of successfully managing large-scale campaigns.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to work.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- A growth hacking mindset with a history of implementing creative, scalable strategies.
- Paid Media Expertise: Proven experience with major paid platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Social Media Acumen: An obsession with social media platforms and the ability to identify viral trends for marketing advantage.
- Channel Management: Demonstrated ability to manage, optimize, and expand digital distribution channels.
- Growth Strategy: The capacity to ideate, execute, and iterate on growth strategies.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on interpreting performance data.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and seize new opportunities.
- Creativity: An experimental mindset and the ability to test innovative ad concepts and distribution methods.
- Communication: Effective communication skills for internal reporting and collaboration.
