Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the completion of a contract, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope by coordinating with internal teams, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and communicating effectively with collaborators throughout the project.

  1. Review project plans and develop schedules to meet customer requirements.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  3. Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks.
  4. Analyze data to optimize project workflows and improve efficiency.
  5. Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in operations coordination or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
